Fear and Foaming

Too feared to live and too scared to die. The blighted peoples have little to fear but fear itself. Their osmotic nature bleeds dream and nightmare alike from their skin like tea in a cup. Many a panic has spilled inside city walls from a terribly timed passing panic.
